BIANCA SALMING

Bianca Salming is a professional heptathlete and high jumper, currently working toward the World Championships, European Championships, and the Olympic Games. Competing at the highest international level in both the heptathlon and pentathlon, she is driven by a constant desire to push her limits and achieve new personal bests.

Beyond the track, Bianca is active on social media, where she shares life as an elite athlete — from training and recovery to motivation and everyday moments. Passionate about movement, wellness, and adventure, she embraces everything from intense competitions to peaceful weeks off-grid in northern Sweden.

Her long-term ambitions include qualifying for the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles and earning a medal at a global championship.
